Why We're Here

Her waffles were the smell of family.

It all began in Belgium with our great-grandmother, "Mamy," born in 1926. For our family, this was a tradition of generous sharing —she wasn't just baking a treat; she was creating memories.

We’re proud to continue this tradition, and that means choosing to do it the way Mamy did.

That's why Brews's waffles are still handmade with simple, premium ingredients: real melted butter, select sifted flour, and the power of strong forearms. We still believe in slow, manual mixing. This is handmade in the truest sense , which means every waffle is perfectly imperfect —a real, authentic taste of Belgian tradition.

Awesome waffles, really enjoyed the plane waffles myself, very delicious and sweet enough to be eaten without needing syrup or ice cream to enjoy it like most waffles I've had where the taste relies on the sauce, definitely my favourite tasting waffles!

I don't really have a sweet tooth, but when it comes to these Belgian waffles, I always jump on them. My favourite is the original.  I like eating them after leaving them in the freezer overnight and eating them cold. The taste is mind-blowing.

We prioritise the safety of our customers. Please be aware that all of our waffles contain wheat (gluten), dairy, and eggs. Our waffles may also come into contact with tree nuts, soy, and peanuts, as these ingredients are used in our production environment.

What kind of packaging do you use, and is it recyclable?

We are committed to making our products as eco-friendly as possible, starting with our packaging. We are proud to use 100% biodegradable and compostable Kraft paper from our supplier, King Pack.

While we are confident in our packaging, we want to be fully transparent. We are actively working with our suppliers to find a solution for our stickers, which are not currently biodegradable. We are committed to finding a fully sustainable solution as part of our ongoing environmental initiatives.

Do you have any gluten-free or vegan options?

At this time, our authentic Belgian waffle recipe uses traditional flour, butter, and eggs, so all of our current offerings contain gluten and are not vegan.

We are dedicated to using the finest ingredients to create the classic, authentic flavour we are known for. We appreciate your understanding!
