Our First Twist on a 100-Year-Old Classic
This is our first twist on Mamy's legacy.
We start with the authentic 4th-generation recipe—the exact batter she used for her family gatherings. It's the "smell of family", and we don't mess with perfection.
We still honour the craft. We make the batter by hand with simple, premium ingredients: real melted butter, select sifted flour, "the power of strong forearms", and slow, manual mixing.
Then, as the 4th generation, we add our personal touch: generous Chocolate Nibs folded in right at the end. It's Mamy's tradition... just with a little extra joy.
The result is still "perfectly imperfect"—a real, authentic taste of Belgian tradition, baked fresh just for you in Ballito.
How to Create the Perfect Brews Experience
Storage: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 5 days. (Or freeze immediately for up to 6 months). Reheating: To reactivate that signature crunch, oven-bake at 180°C for 3 minutes or air-fry for 2 minutes. Versatility: Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a mid-day coastal snack with your favourite toppings!
