A Journey from Passion to Business
BREWS first began as an idea with a friend when I was just 16, originally meant to be an acronym for a completely different business. But the passion for Belgian waffles was undeniable. The idea slowly took shape, and by 17, I was selling freshly baked treats to friends and family. For a long time, BREWS was a side-hustle, a project I worked on between breaks. But at 18, I decided to take the next step, selling to local resellers like Mia Acai and Spar. This journey has had its ups and downs, but my commitment has never wavered. Today, at 20, I am proud to have built this business to a point where I can bring our family's heritage directly to you through our online store.
